Wulfmeier and Fleming Secure Victory in Medical Malpractice Jury Trial

GMH partners LeRoy H. Wulfmeier and John R. Fleming secured a victory for their clients in a medical malpractice case on November 23, 2021 .  The case involved a right kidney operation and post-surgical complications following the procedure.  GMH represented the physician who performed the procedure and his medical practice.  The defense presented experts in urology and hematology during the trial, who persuaded the jury there was no breach of the standard of care and no causal link to plaintiff’s injury.  The Macomb County jury was out for approximately one hour before returning a verdict in favor of the defendants.
