EXPERIENCE

In law school, John received numerous awards for outstanding academic performance. While finishing his education, John began his career in the Michigan House of Representatives and completed an externship at the Michigan Supreme Court with Justice David F. Viviano. Following graduation, John joined Bufalino and Palazzolo, P.C., where he focused his practice in commercial litigation.

John successfully represented leading safety technology companies and served as the lead trial attorney on contractual business disputes. John was instrumental in every facet in the litigation of complex medical malpractice claims and automotive supply chain disputes. He has given presentations to hospital and insurance company representatives on pertinent legal issues in the healthcare industry.

John serves on the Board of Directors for the Macomb County Chamber of Commerce, the Macomb Foundation, and Macomb Advocacy for Business. He has previously served on the City of Fraser’s Zoning Board of Appeals. John has a history of charitable involvement with numerous organizations in his community.

John is admitted to practice in all Michigan courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
