John R. Fleming is an Equity Partner at Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Macomb County Chamber of Commerce, the Macomb Foundation, and Macomb Advocacy for Business. Mr. Fleming is counsel for businesses of all sizes, litigating complex shareholder, trade secret, non-compete, and contract disputes. His practice includes the defense of physicians and hospital systems in medical malpractice cases.
