TROY, Mich. – January 13: Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. is pleased to welcome Timothy D. Finegan to the firm as a shareholder.
Timothy joins the firm in the Workers’ Compensation Group where he focuses his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, insurance defense, premises liability, no fault and first party motor vehicle liability, and third-party motor vehicle liability.
Timothy received his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from the Detroit College of Law in 1990. Timothy represents a variety of employers, insurers, and large self-insured manufacturers.
Timothy is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. He is a section member for Workers’ Compensation, Negligence and Litigation. Timothy is also active in the Michigan Self Insurers Association, and The Incorporated Society of Irish American Lawyers, where he previously served as director.
