GMH partners LeRoy H. Wulfmeier and John R. Fleming secured a victory for their clients in a medical malpractice jury trial on February 8, 2024. The case involved allegations regarding the treatment of thoracic outlet syndrome and a deep vein thrombosis. GMH represented a family medicine physician and his practice. The defense presented experts in family medicine, vascular surgery, and physical medicine and rehabilitation. The Oakland County jury was out for approximately 30 minutes before returning a verdict in favor of the defendants.
