Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. Announces Four New Appointments to Board of Directors

TROY, Mich. – October 14: The Firm is pleased to announce that four attorneys have been elected to serve on the Board of Directors.

Elizabeth “Liza” A. Favaro – Liza focuses her practice on defending corporations in product liability, consumer, personal injury, and commercial matters. She has nearly 14 years of courtroom experience and has managed and tried litigation matters in a variety of disputes across the State of Michigan and the country.

Victoria S. Lehman – Tori serves as trial counsel for the defense of health systems and healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation, premises liability, and general negligence claims. Her practice focuses primarily on the defense of healthcare providers and health systems in complex litigation and management of high exposure claims, from initial investigation through trial.

Adam Levitsky – Adam concentrates his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, subrogation, general civil liability, and criminal defense. He has successfully defended employers, insurance companies, self-insureds, and third-party administrators at all levels of the workers’ compensation process. He has extensive trial and appellate court experience in Michigan state and federal courts.

Ryan Perry – Ryan’s area of specialization is commercial litigation, business and employment law. He assists businesses and business owners throughout the nation and abroad in all areas of commercial litigation and arbitration including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, non-competition issues, collection actions and wrongful discharge.

We are pleased to welcome Liza, Tori, Adam and Ryan as new directors to the GMH board. The addition of these directors complements our board of directors’ skills and experiences, and we are confident they will prove to be a valuable addition to our leadership team.
