TROY, Mich. – October 13: Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. is pleased to welcome Alex Sheldon-Smith to the Firm.
Mr. Sheldon-Smith joins the Firm as an associate attorney in our Family Law Group, where he concentrates his practice in domestic relations, handling all issues related to divorce.
Mr. Sheldon-Smith received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan – Dearborn and his Juris Doctor from the Michigan State University College of Law, graduating cum laude. During his time in law school, he was a Dean’s List Scholar. He obtained Jurisprudence Awards for earning the highest grade in Matrimonial Practice, Family Law: Marriage and Divorce, Mortgages, and Estate and Future Interest Drafting Seminar.
Mr. Sheldon-Smith is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He is also a member of the Shamrock Bar Association- a group of lawyers affiliated with Detroit Catholic Central High School.
