Law Section Event at 6 PM on Wednesday, June 19 at Fortz Legal Support, LLC in Grand
Rapids and 6 PM on Wednesday, June 26, at the Columbia Center in Troy.
Haffey’s program is titled: “That’s Not What I Meant: Drafting Tips for Corporate and LLC
Documents”. The program discussed and covered sample language for drafting issues such as
voting dynamics, deadlock, S elections by LLC’s, distributions, transfer restrictions and
