TROY, Mich. – August 8: Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. is pleased to announce that senior business and tax lawyer Bruce Haffey will present at the MICPA Automotive Dealers, Construction Industry & Controllers Conference at 5:10 PM on Tuesday, September 24 at Laurel Manor in Livonia.

Haffey’s program is titled: “Buyers, Sellers, Bonuses and Benefits- Compensation Issues in M&A Transactions” and is scheduled to run until 6 PM.
