Mr. Chubb joins the firm with nearly a decade of experience representing municipalities and governmental entities in the areas of labor and employment law, collective bargaining, governmental immunity, rate setting defense, vehicle liability, civil rights, environmental compliance, procurement, the Freedom of Information Act, and the Open Meetings Act.
