GMH Welcomes Sean L. Parent to Our Business Litigation Group

GMH is pleased to announce that Sean L. Parent has joined our firm as an associate in our Business Litigation Group. Sean brings a wealth of experience and a strong academic background that will be an asset to our team and clients.

Sean graduated magna cum laude from WMU Cooley Law School in 2022, where he was Executive Managing Editor of the Cooley Law Review. He also served as a teacher’s assistant, a Dean’s Fellow, and a student mentor, earning multiple awards for his academic achievements.

Sean’s professional background includes experience in insurance defense, where he excelled in reviewing and summarizing medical records and managing discovery processes. His previous work at a general practice firm aided his diverse legal experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration, general civil and business litigation, and corporate transactional work.

Sean is admitted to practice in all Michigan courts, the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
