Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. is pleased to welcome Travis Comstock to the firm.
Travis joins the firm in the Education Law Group, where he focuses his practice in the areas of education law and bankruptcy. His education law practice is focused on providing general advice to the Michigan Department of Education and defending the Department in various litigation matters, including special education litigation and administrative hearings.
Travis’ bankruptcy law practice provides general counsel and representation to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Education.
Travis received his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctor from the Michigan State University College of Law.
Travis is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
He is admitted to the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan Courts, the Eastern and Western Districts Bankruptcy Courts, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and pro hac for several non-Michigan bankruptcy courts.
