Jared M. Trust has been named Equity Partner at Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C.

TROY, Mich. – November 24: The Giarmarco, Mullins and Horton, P.C. Board of Directors have elected Jared Trust as an Equity Partner of the Firm.

Jared devotes his practice to all things litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of hospitals and health care providers in medical malpractice litigation. He also successfully represents individuals and entities in estate and trust litigation, professional licensing issues/complaints and other areas of litigation including commercial and general negligence claims.  

Jared has continuously been nominated as a “Rising Star” Attorney in the State of Michigan based upon his peer recognition and professional achievement within the field of Medical Malpractice Defense. He has both prosecuted and defended claims at all stages of litigation, including successfully at trial. Jared also has experience in the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court.  In addition, he is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is an active member of the Oakland County Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan Negligence, Insurance and Probate Law Committees.

Jared received his B.S. in Psychology, with honors, from Florida State University and his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he received numerous academic awards for outstanding performance in Evidence, Professional Responsibility, and Pre-Trial Litigation.
