We are pleased to welcome Annabel Shea as an Associate in our Education, Workers’ Compensation and Municipal Practice Group

Annabel Shea is an attorney in the firm’s Education, Workers’ Compensation and Municipal Practice Group. Ms. Shea defends school districts, employers and municipalities in all areas of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on complex and nuanced legal issues impacting clients such as: Title IX, governmental immunity, FERPA, employment law, Child Protection Law, civil rights, constitutional law, and workers’ compensation.

Ms. Shea is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan. She graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State College of Law and obtained an Indigenous Law Certificate. Prior to joining GMH, Ms. Shea worked as a Legal Extern for the Honorable Maria L. Oxholm at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
