Sal Amodeo joins the firm as an attorney in the firm’s Municipal and Education Practice group. Mr. Amodeo represents public school districts, municipalities, and employers in claims of wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, retaliation, wage and hour laws, and family medical leave laws. Additionally, Mr. Amodeo assists public and intermediate school districts with civil rights suits and constitutional law claims, Title IX claims, peer-on-peer harassment claims, and personal injury claims.
Before joining Giarmarco, Mullins, & Horton, P.C., Mr. Amodeo practiced in the area of Plaintiff and Defense Medical Malpractice, litigating cases in all aspects of civil litigation, from initial investigation through trial.
