Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. is pleased to announce that Paul A. Thursam is now a shareholder with the firm.
Mr. Thursam is in the firm’s Business Practice Group and Real Estate Practice Group. Paul’s legal experience is broad and includes complex real estate litigation and transactions, loans and financing, Uniform Commercial Code, and banking transactions and litigation. Mr. Thursam also manages the firm’s summer clerk program.
Paul is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. As an undergraduate, he was awarded numerous Class and University Honors, including the William J. Branstrom Prize for academics. He received his Juris Doctor from Wayne State Law School, where he was Assistant Editor of the Wayne Law Review.
As a lawyer, Paul has been named a dbusiness Top Lawyer for 2012-2015, and a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2012-2015. He is also a Leadership Detroit XXXVI class member, and the recipient of Michigan Lawyers Weekly “Up & Coming Lawyers 2014”.
