Jared Trust Joins Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C.

Jared Trust has joined Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. as an associate in the medical malpractice/litigation department.

Jared focuses his practice primarily on the defense of hospitals and health care providers in medical malpractice litigation. He also represents clients in defense of automobile accidents, licensing issues and other areas of general negligence defense including premises liability.

Jared received his B.S.in Psychology, with honors, from Florida State University and his J.D from the University of Detroit Mercy Law School where he received numerous academic awards for outstanding performance in Evidence, Professional Responsibility, and Pre-Trial Litigation. While in law school, Jared served as a director for the University’s moot court program, which is nationally ranked in the top 10. He received numerous oral argument awards for his involvement in international moot court competitions and inter-school competitions.

Jared has been named as a Rising Star Attorney in the State of Michigan based upon his peer recognition and professional achievement within the field of Medical Malpractice Defense. Jared is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is an active member of the Oakland County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan, as well as the U.S. District Court of Eastern Michigan.
