Adam Levitsky Invited to Join the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance

Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. is pleased to announce that Adam Levitsky has been invited to join the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

Mr. Levitsky concentrates his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, auto negligence defense, general civil liability, subrogation and criminal law. He has successfully represented companies of all sizes, employers, insurance companies, insureds, self-insureds and third-party administrators at all levels of the litigation process. He has extensive trial and appellate court experience in Michigan state and federal courts.

Mr. Levitsky received his BA from the University of Michigan and his JD from the University of Wisconsin.
