Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. is pleased to announce that Matthew S. Weaver has been named as a dbusiness Top Lawyer. Mr. Weaver is a partner in the firm and has nearly 20 years of litigation experience. Mr. Weaver presently concentrates his practice in the areas of family law and real property litigation.
His experience includes handling complex litigation in Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Washtenaw and St. Clair counties. He is involved in all aspects of family law and specializes in areas of custody disputes and matters involving a change of domicile to another state.
He co-authored an article for the Michigan Family Law Journal (Special Issue, 2007) entitled “Child Custody: A Sample Letter to Client”.
Mr. Weaver received his BA from Southwest Texas State University and his J.D. from Detroit College of Law, J.D. cum laude. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan and Western District of Michigan.
