Mr. Gugni is a Managing Director of Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C., and Chair of the Family Law Practice Section. He has over 30 years of litigation experience, and presently concentrates his practice entirely to Family Law.
His experience includes handling complex divorce litigation in Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Livingston, Lapeer, Washtenaw and St. Clair counties. He is involved in all aspects of Family Law, including cases involving high assets and custody disputes. Gil is also actively involved as a Family Law mediator and arbitrator.
Mr. Gugni has an “AV” Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest ranking by peers for general ethical standards and legal ability. He has been recognized as Best Lawyer in America, peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell in 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2013.
