Paul Palgut


Born in Cleveland, Ohio, attorney Paul J. Palgut grew up in the Detroit Corktown area and has practiced defending Michigan workers’ compensation claims for more than 35 years. Paul handles all aspects of workers’ compensation cases − from inception through all appeals. Paul is a very practical attorney and has obtained favorable results for his clients, whether through trial or reasonable resolutions/settlements. Paul brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his representation of insurance companies and their insureds, as well as self insureds. Paul is used by plaintiff and defense attorneys as a neutral facilitator on difficult workers’ compensation cases. He is well respected by members of the workers’ compensation bar due to his ability to properly evaluate and handle complex workers’ compensation matters. Paul has extensive trial and appellate court experience in Michigan state courts.
