GMH Welcomes New Associate to Medical Malpractice Section

Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton is pleased to welcome David Occhiuto as an associate to the firm’s Troy office, where he will practice in our Medical Malpractice Defense group. David focuses his practice on defending healthcare professionals and institutions. He has experience handling complex cases involving a variety of medical specialties including Radiology, Cardiology, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Orthopedic Surgery. David earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law. He is a member of the Healthcare Law, Administrative & Regulatory Law, Insurance Law, Negligence Law, and Young Lawyers sections of the State Bar of Michigan.
