TROY, Mich. — Alexander Lebedinski, partner with the law firm of Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C.,
Troy, Michigan, has been elected to Chair the Medical-Legal Committee of the Oakland County Bar
Association for a one-year term starting July 1, 2019.
This Committee is a partnership of OCBA members who practice in health-related fields and physician
members of the Oakland County Medical Society. The mission statement of the OCBA Medical-Legal
Committee:
Our mission is to foster and advance the relationship between the legal and medical professions in
Oakland County, to improve the public and the courts’ understanding of the laws that affect the practice
of medicine, and to foster awareness of relevant news and legislation through open discussion and the
presentment of speakers and semi-annual seminars.
Alexander Lebedinski is an Equity Partner and a Co-Chair of the Healthcare Practice Group at GMH. Mr.
Lebedinski concentrates his practice in the areas of Healthcare Law and Business Transactions. He
represents healthcare providers, including physicians, large and small primary and specialty physician
group practices, physician organizations, outpatient ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic centers,
laboratories and a specialty hospital in the areas of Federal and State regulatory compliance, as well as
