GMH attorney, Alexander Lebedinski will be speaking on the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program – the road to green cards through direct investment in the United States.  Other subject matter that will be discussed is how the MEDC assists foreign direct investments in Michigan, brownfield and economic incentives relative to commercial real estate and tax considerations for U.S. inbound investors – capitalize and structure, added tax compliance and tax planning opportunities.
