Mr. Perry is a shareholder in the Firm. His area of specialization is commercial litigation and business and employment law. He assists businesses and business owners in all areas of commercial litigation and arbitration including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, non-competition issues, collection actions, and wrongful discharge. He has extensive experience in these areas, and is known for his aggressive pursuit of his client’s claims while also providing great personal service.

Mr. Perry received his BS from Kalamazoo College and his JD from Wayne State University.
