EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining working in family law, Emily gained legal experience in a variety of areas, including Estate Planning and Health Care Litigation.
Ms. Brock received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oakland University and her Juris Doctor from The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Ms. Brock is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and its Family Law Section.

EXPERIENCE
Emily Brock is an Associate Attorney in our Family Law group. Ms. Brock concentrates her practice in all areas of domestic relations, including post-divorce issues such as child support, spousal support, parenting time and custody, as well as matters that impact the family outside of marriage, such as Paternity issues under the Revocation of Paternity Act, and Custody and Child Support issues for unmarried parents.
