EXPERIENCE

Dacian is an attorney in the firm’s Education Practice Group. Dacian defends school districts in all areas of civil litigation, including employment, FOIA, civil rights, constitutional law, and personal injury claims. Before joining our team, Dacian began his career practicing insurance defense litigation in Metro Detroit.

Dacian is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan. He graduated cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law. Prior to law school, Dacian received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.

Apart from his passion for the law, Dacian enjoys being with his wife and family, hiking, exercising, and cheering for the Detroit Red Wings.
