EXPERIENCE

Courtney is an associate attorney in our Business Litigation Group. Courtney is an experienced trial attorney with a diverse background. Immediately after law school, she joined the General Trials Division of the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office. As an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, she solo chaired dozens of felony trials in Wayne County Circuit Court. In the years following, she predominately focused her practice in civil litigation, including No-Fault and commercial and residential property loss, successfully representing her clients in all stages of the litigation process, from the file’s inception through conclusion. Courtney evaluates each matter with trial in mind, allowing her to cultivate a thorough and thoughtful strategy, and execute this strategy throughout the litigation process.

Courtney has further assisted clients with various business disputes, real estate matters, contract reviews, and appellate matters, including arguing in the Michigan Court of Appeals. Above all else, Courtney prioritizes her client’s needs and fostering a strong attorney-client relationship. She is dedicated to providing service that is communicative and tailored to each client’s unique goals and objectives.
