EXPERIENCE
Cleo Barry is an attorney in the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. Her practice also encompasses commercial litigation and other general civil matters.
Ms. Barry earned her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School, where she was a member of the Moot Court Team and won the Winter 2025 In-House Competition. She also participated in the Appeal and Post-Conviction Advocacy Clinic, assisting with the drafting of appeals involving criminal convictions.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Barry gained in-house legal experience preparing contracts for execution. During law school, she also worked at the 36th District Court in collaboration with legal aid, helping provide free legal services to individuals involved in landlord-tenant disputes.
Ms. Barry is admitted to practice in Michigan and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
