EXPERIENCE
Ms. Allison Lavoie Nalette is a partner/shareholder in our Family Law group. Ms. Nalette concentrates her practice in all areas of domestic relations and matters that impact the family, including high-asset divorce and custody litigation. Ms. Nalette also specializes in post-judgment matters such as the review and implementation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, custody and parenting time modifications, and support modifications. Ms. Nalette has devoted her career to the practice of domestic relations law with a strong focus on and passion for litigation of contested legal issues that may arise. Ms. Nalette collaborates with her partners at Giarmarco, Mullins and Horton, P.C. to provide excellent legal analysis and expertise on complex legal issues and fiercely advocates for the best interests of her clients in their respective matters.
Ms. Nalette’s experience includes handling complex litigation such as annulments, business valuations, pre-nuptial agreements, child custody, change of domicile, and more. Ms. Nalette practices these litigations in the surrounding areas of Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Livingston, Monroe, and Washtenaw counties. Ms. Nalette is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Family Law Section, and the Oakland County Bar Association, where she previously served as a Director on the New Lawyer’s Committee for three (3) consecutive years. She is also a Fellow of the Oakland County Bar Foundation and a member of the Michigan Inter-Professional Association on Marriage, Divorce, and Family, Inc.
Ms. Nalette graduated from Butler University and earned her law degree from Western Michigan Cooley Law School.
