EXPERIENCE
Mr. Ryan Lee Perry is an Equity Partner and member of the Board of Directors at the law firm of Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. Mr. Perry received his undergraduate degree from Kalamazoo College where he was named to the MIAA Honor Roll of Athletes, his law degree from Wayne State University, where he was twice named the top oralist in its Moot Court Program. He served as the Associate Editor for the Michigan International Lawyer from 1995 through 1997 and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Gerald E. Rosen for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. Perry is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy Litigation Program and serves as a Case Evaluator for Oakland County Circuit Court’s Case Evaluation Program, Complex Commercial Litigation Division.

Mr. Perry’s area of specialization is commercial litigation, business and employment law. He assists businesses and business owners throughout the nation and abroad in all areas of commercial litigation and arbitration including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, non-competition issues, collection actions and wrongful discharge. He has extensive experience in these areas and is known for his aggressive pursuit of his client’s claims while also providing great personal service.
