Lance T. Denha, Esq., works in the areas of Consumer Law including litigation suits to remove errors on consumers credit report, Foreclosure Defense, bankruptcy law, business transactional law and homeowners association law. In the business area, he specializes in general corporate law with a concentration in business and commercial transactions, property tax appeals, and liquor licensing matters. In the foreclosure/pre-foreclosure workouts legal arena, Mr. Denha represents borrowers against lenders in seeking out residential loan workouts for purposes of avoiding foreclosure, or in the alternative, Mr. Denha will represent borrowers in foreclosure defense cases against lenders. Lastly while practicing homeowners association law, Mr. Denha’s practice in this arena consists of covering the entire spectrum, providing legal counseling on behalf of a Homeowners Association including contract disputes, unit owners disputes, collection matters and mediation and other alternative dispute resolutions.
Mr. Denha also is legal counsel and handles business development on behalf of Core Title, a multi-state Title Company with locations in Michigan, Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also is a licensed mortgage loan originator in the state of Florida.
Mr. Denha is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and State Bar of Florida where he is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Florida.
