John McNew

Experience

Mr. John McNew is an associate in the firm’s Business Practice Group. Mr. McNew concentrates his practice on corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, business formation, information and technology transactions, and digital media issues. His clients include startups and small and middle market businesses.

Mr. McNew received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and his Master of Science in Information from the University of Michigan. Later, he received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University, where he was a Senior Fellow in Legal Research and Writing and was the Senior Articles Editor for the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.
