Donald K. Warwick is an equity partner and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He specializes in defending hospitals, physicians and medical professionals in complex medical malpractice lawsuits.
His work includes obstetrics/gynecology, birth trauma, pediatrics, cardiology, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, general surgery, critical care, otolaryngology, emergency medicine, internal medicine and numerous other medical specialties.
He also counsels hospitals, physicians and medical professionals regarding malpractice, licensing and accreditation issues.
Mr. Warwick is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the premier rating service for attorneys. He has 25 years of consistently successful trial work experience, with numerous defense verdicts.
He received his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University – Detroit College of Law.
He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association and the Oakland County Bar Association.
